How to find your Team ID

Your Team ID is digits only (e.g. 1234567) — never a long code with letters or dashes. The app does not show a label that says “Team ID”; you pull the number from a share link or a website URL after /entry/.

1. Desktop (laptop / PC)

  1. Open fantasy.premierleague.com and log in.
  2. Open Points. (If that page has no /entry/ in the URL, open Pick Team → scroll → Gameweek History or Transfer History.)
  3. Look at the address bar, e.g.
    fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1234567/event/5
    or …/entry/1234567/history
  4. Copy the number between /entry/ and the next /. That is your Team ID.

2. Official app (iPhone / Android)

Many current app builds do not show a Share icon and never display “Team ID” as text. If you don’t see ⋯ / Share on your pitch or score screen, skip this and use method 3 (phone browser) — that is the reliable path.

  1. Only if you see a share control: open your pitch / this GW score → top right ⋯ or share → Share Team / Copy Link.
  2. Paste into Notes → copy digits after /entry/.

3. Phone browser (use this if the app has no Share icon)

  1. Open Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) — not the app.
  2. Go to fantasy.premierleague.com and log in.
  3. Menu (☰) → open Pick Team.
  4. Scroll and tap Gameweek History (or Transfer History).
  5. Tap the address bar. Find /entry/1234567/ and copy those digits.

FAQ

Do you need my FPL password?
No. Only your public Team ID.
How do I find my Team ID?
It’s the number after /entry/ in your FPL web address. On a laptop: log in at fantasy.premierleague.com, open Points, and copy the digits from the address bar, e.g. …/entry/1234567/event/5. On your phone, use Safari or Chrome (not the app): log in, open Pick Team, tap Gameweek History, then copy the digits after /entry/. Full step-by-step help is in the signup form.
I haven’t received my email.
Your brief arrives about 12 hours before each deadline, in your time zone. If it’s not there: 1) Check your Promotions, Updates and Spam folders and search for “Deadline Brief”. 2) If it landed in Promotions, move it to Primary. In the Gmail app: open the email, tap the three dots, then Move to, then Primary. On desktop: drag it to the Primary tab and click Yes when asked to do this for future messages. 3) Add newsletter@deadlinebrief.com to your contacts. If it’s in Spam, tap Report not spam. Still nothing? Email support@deadlinebrief.com.
Is this AI?
Drafted with AI, checked against live FPL data, and run to a tight template. Early customers get human review on every send.
Will this get me top 10k?
No idea. No one honest will promise that. We aim to save you time and cut deadline panic — not sell miracles.
What data does the brief use?
Official FPL data only, pulled live before every send:
  • Your squad: picks, bank, free transfers and chips used.
  • Players: FPL’s projected points, form, points per game, minutes and starts, injury news, price changes, ownership and transfers in/out.
  • Underlying stats: xG, xA, xGI and xGC per 90, clean sheets, saves, DefCon, bonus, goals vs xG, yellow cards, and who’s on pens, corners and free kicks.
  • Fixtures: the next 5 gameweeks, home/away, FDR, opponents’ league position, past meetings, doubles and blanks.
  • Your mini-league: rivals’ captain picks, for safe vs differential calls.
Every stat explained.
When do you send?
Target ~12–18 hours before your local deadline, unless you pick another window.
Where does data come from?
Official Fantasy Premier League public API (fantasy.premierleague.com/api/…).
